我国普通高校运动训练专业的办学现状与发展对策研究

选择若干院校从办学规模、办学模式、办学特色等方面对我国普通高校运动训练专业的办学现状进行问卷调查和实地考察。结果表明：我国普通高校运动训练专业的办学规模发展较快，基本形成了符合竞技体育规律的办学模式，但办学水平参差不齐，办学特色不够明显，办学规模的持续扩大与有限的教育资源之间的矛盾较为突出并在一定程度上影响了人才的培养质量。对我国普通高校运动训练专业的办学现状进行了分析，提出了促进我国普通高校运动训练专业办学可持续发展的对策与建议。

Research into the Current Situation of China's University Sports- Training Specialties and Countermeasures for Development

The thesis mainly focus on and study the current situation of the sports-training specialties of China's ordi-nary university by doing field work and questionnaire research from aspects of the education scales,models,as well as features.The result shows that the scales of the studied specialties are developing quite fast and the models are basically formed,while the levels of different specialties are rather spotty.The contradiction between the expanded op-erating models and the limited education resources is acute which is making a bad effect on the qualities of training talents.With the analysis of the topic,some ideas of the propositions and countermeasures for the development of the sports-training specialties are presented in the article.
