| 摘 要： | 强迫冷却停机的目的是为了创造条件,尽快降低高、中压汽缸及转子金属温度,缩短停机后的连续盘车时间,相对减少检修工期,增加机组可调小时利用率,提高全厂经济效益。而日本三菱公司的强制冷却方法在350MW机组上的很好运用,相比较其他机组其优点得到充分体现。

| Abstract: | The purpose of forced cooling shut-down is to create condictions to quickly reduce the HP-LP casing and the rotor metal temperature,shorten the continuous turning gear period after the unit shut-down,relatively decrease the maintenance period,increase the unit controllable hour utility and improve power plant economic efficiency.Compared its application with other units,the application of MHI forced cooling method in Hejin 350MW unit has its unique strongpoint. |
