摘    要:内蒙古自治区地处祖国北疆民族地区,为了对自治区基础教育信息化建设工作有个较全面的了解,尤其是分析当前教育信息化进程中存在的问题,2001年下半年对内蒙古自治区部分农村(牧区)蒙语授课中(小)学校进行了抽样调查,通过对调查数据进行整理分析,提出了对边疆民族地区中小学教育信息化的开展、推进、导向、决策等方面有所参考的一些思考与建议。

Abstract:The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is an ethnic minority region located in the northern border area of China. To have an overall understanding of elementary education informationization in the region, especially its existing problems, the authors conducted a sample investigation at some middle and primary schools teaching in Mongolian language in the rural areas (pastoral areas) during the latter half of the year of 2001. After studying and analyzing the data, reflections and suggestions are put forward as references for development, direction and policy making in educational informationization of middle and primary schools in ethnic border areas.
