| Abstract: | Nowdays, the teachers with rich knowledge and outstanding creativity are needed. This requires that teachers not only teach students knowledge but also train their ability in class. Not only pay attention to result, but also pay attention to process .If a teacher wants to do it well like above mentioned, the teacher must realize the change in the knowledge outlook. |
