| 摘 要： | 图书馆核心竞争力是以知识、技术为基础的综合能力,是图书馆赖以生存和稳定发展的根基。在界定图书馆核心竞争力概念的基础上,分析了图书馆核心竞争力的构成要素,并对图书馆核心竞争力构成要素之间的关系进行了探讨。
