浙江省农村幼儿教育发展策略研究

摘    要:"十五"期间,浙江省农村幼儿教育取得了可喜成绩,但也存在着一些问题:民办幼儿园比例大,办园水平总体偏低,教师素质亟待提高。对此,应加大对农村幼儿教育的财政投入力度,促进乡镇中心幼儿园公立化;加强对农村各类幼儿园的扶持与管理,进一步提高教育质量;保障待遇,加强职后培训与交流,提高农村幼儿教师素质。

Abstract:During the 10th Five-year plan,the rural pre-school education in Zhejiang province had gained gratifying achievement.However,there were some problems such as bigger proportion of private kindergartens,lower kindergarten running level and teachers' qualification as a whole need to be improved.Therefore,we should increase the financial investment in the rural pre-school education,promote the development of public town center kindergartens,strengthen the support and management on the rural various kindergartens so as to further improve the teaching quality,guarantee treatment and strengthen in-service training and communication to improve the quality of rural pre-school teachers.
