| Abstract: | In order to change the history of the Chinese nation of being prosperous and declining alterna-tively and to achieve long- lasting prosperity, it is necessary to implement the new concept of realizingthe "consummate rationality". Its prerequisite is to let people have a real sense of concern. Its substanceis the active mixing together of the traditional modes of thinking of the Chinese nation with the rationalway of thinking of the West. And its major route is the ultimate implementation of the rational education. |
