| 摘 要： | 有关“法律真实”和“客观真实”的讨论一直很激烈,到目前为止,法律真实作为诉讼中的证明任务已被大多数学者所接受。本文从法理学的角度出发,对“法律真实”进行了语义分析、历史分析及价值分析,以求对“法律真实”本身有一个更明确的认识。
