| 摘 要： | 石油价格的变动对人类社会的影响是全方位的。了解和探索油价变动与运行的基本脉络和趋势,有助于人类行为方式的确立,有助于政府决策。石油价格的总体性上涨成了一种趋势,但这种总体趋势在1973年以前并不明显。自1973年以来的35年中,石油的价格呈现了一种爆炸式的上涨。石油价格变动的速度明显加快,价格上涨的幅度明显加大。从石油价格变动的影响来看,每次石油价格大幅上涨的时期,往往导致世界范围内的经济出现问题,过去35年里多次发生过油价飙升导致全球性经济衰退的严重情况。
