大学主要承担着知识传播的作用,而科研机构的主要职能是知识创新.纵观世界高等教育发展史,特别是现代大学建立之后,科研与教学相辅相成的格局逐步形成并得到不断完善.科研机构与大学成为知识创新的中心,各具优势,而两者在相互合作上所进发出来的火化与能量也值得我们进一步研究.本文选取美国国立卫生研究院与大学的关系做个案研究.

A Case Study on the Relationship between NIH and University in USA

The main function of university is knowledge promulgation and the main function of research institute is knowledge innovation. In the view of the history of higher education development, particularly since the founding of modern universities, the pattern has been gradually formed that research and teaching supplement each other. Research institutes and universities have become the centers for knowledge innovation and each has its own advantages. The momentum as a result of the cooperation between the two deserves attention. This paper takes NIH as a case study place in order to find out the relationship between NIH and the universities.
