| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题是事关社会稳定，民族振兴的社会问题。加强高校毕业生就业的思想政治教育，是做好毕业生就业工作的重要基础，是高等院校的历史重任。分析当前大学生就业中的问题及成因，提出了加强大学生就业中的思想政治教育，以促进大学生充分就业。

| Abstract: | University students＇ employment is a social problem concerned with the social stability and national rejuvenation. Strengthening university graduates＇ideological and political education of employment is the important foundation of employment work and the historical responsibility of universities. Based on the analysis of existing problems and its reasons, putting forward strengthening university graduates＇ ideological and political education of employment and some countermeasures. |
