| 摘 要： | 案例分析是司法实务工作的重要内容，也是法律教学的重要方式之一。不同的分析方法可以导致不同的结论，因而方法的选择显得非常重要。在案例分析的诸方法中，主要有个案研究、并案研究以及比较分析、归纳分析等。
