| Abstract: | The application of fussy eveluation for checking the instructor's working outstanding achievement of higher education is of great practical significance in administrtion of the instructor of higher education. This paper makes the target system which is built by the leaders, the colleagues and the students as the main body of the evaluation system. In addition, it makes an analysis of the evaluation model and illustrates with examples. |
