| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生是我国人力资源中的优秀部分，近年来，一方面，一部分大学毕业生就业困难，另一方面，一部分企业、一部分行业找不到自己所需要的人才，形成了社会供需矛盾的另一面。章从学校、政府、学生三个方面分析了产生这一矛盾的原因，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | University students are the superior part of Chinese human resources. But in recent years, on the one hand, some university graduates have difficulties in employment; on the other hand, some enterprises and profession are failed in finding the suitable personnel. This phenomenon has become one part of the contradiction of social supply and demand. This paper tries to analyze the cause of the contradiction, and put forward the relevant dealing ways. |
