| 摘 要： | 本文针对物业管理专业在发展过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,指出了问题产生的原因.笔者根据对物业管理行业的调查和研究,在借鉴一些国家和地区物业管理方面先进经验的基础上,提出了为适应行业发展而应变更的物业管理专业办学理念,并给出了对应的实施建议.
