| Abstract: | In our country, the system of the administrative complaint visit is always considered to be an understanding and considerate medium of communication, and also be an important means to promoting social development. With the development of the policy of open and reform in our country and the improvement of socialist democracy and rule by law, the connotation continually, the theoretical fundament and type and its characteristics of the administrative complaint visit, aims at the present conditions of the administrative complaint visit, put forward own standpoint. |
