论教育公正的本质

摘    要:教育公正是社会公正的一个重要组成部分,但它具有不同于一般社会公正的本质与特征。教育公正具有很强的复合性,它是由教育系统内部公正与教育系统外部公正通过一定的制度形式有机地整合起来的一种伦理实在。教育系统外部公正主要体现的是一种制度上的公正,而教育系统内部公正则主要体现的是一种师生交往实践上的公正,衡量教育公正的标尺是个体发展上的公正。其中,学生个体的发展是教育系统内部公正与教育系统外部公正整合的重要基础。

Abstract:Educational fair is one part of society fair, however it is different from general society fair by nature and characteristics. Educational fair is compound, and a kind of ethic reality which is organically reunited by educational fair inside educational system and educational fair outside educational system through certain institution form. Educational fair outside educational system mainly manifests a kind of institutional fair, however educational fair inside educational system mainly manifests a kind of fair in interaction practice between teachers and students. The standard to measure educational fair is the fair of individual development. And student individual development is the important base of the re unity of educational fair inside and outside educational system.
