新课程背景下的小学教师能力及其培养

摘    要:新一轮基础教育课程改革,对小学教师的能力提出了新要求。然而,教育是具有连续性的,故新课程背景下的小学教师,不仅需要拥有有现实意义的传统能力,而且需要具备满足“新要求”的能力。具体而言,新课程背景下小学教师的能力应包括倾听能力、表达能力、书写能力、教学设计和组织能力、教育教学研究能力、现代信息技术的运用能力和一定的艺术能力。这些能力的培养,需要通过相关知识学习,但更重要的是在活动中锻炼。
