| 摘 要： | 高校学报是科技期刊的重要组成部分。我国高校大都有校名为刊名的学报。以具体事例和统计数据论证了高校学报的基本功能——促进科研和教学的发展，促进学术交流，锻炼人才队伍；分析了高校学报存在的不足——影响因子和总被引频次在学术类期刊排名中居后；指出高校学报应尽快融入国际学术类期刊市场，并提出高校学报走专业化办刊之路或许是今后的发展方向。
