湖南地区高校免费师范生的教师职业认同感调查研究

本研究运用问卷法调查湖南地区高校免费师范生的教师职业认同感现状,结果表明:(1)免费师范生的教师职业认同感显著高于非免费师范生;(2)免费师范生的教师职业认同感存在非常显著的性别差异,女生高于男生;(3)农村学生与城镇学生的教师职业认同感不存在显著差异。从各维度来看,农村学生在职业意志上的得分显著高于城镇学生;(4)家庭经济收入状况不影响免费师范生的总体教师职业认同感,但会影响教师职业认同感的某些维度;(5)高教师职业认同感的学生更多是由于内心对教育事业的热爱而选择免费师范生,低教师职业认同感的学生更多是因为外在因素而选择免费师范生。这一结果为免费师范生的培养与管理提供了有益的启示。

An Investigation on Situations of Teachers' Professional Identity of Tuition-free Normal University Students in Hunan Province
