农村中小学教师校本培训模式研究

摘    要:农村中小学教师校本培训作为一种新兴的农村教师继续教育形式,对于农村地区教师继续教育发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章探讨了“三维一体”的互动合作式培训、教师的反思诊断式培训、教师的开发研制式培训、农村中小学教师的教研网络式培训、教师的自我发展式培训等五种具体的农村中小学教师校本培训模式。相信随着日后相关研究的不断深入,一定能够促进该理论的不断成熟和完善。

Abstract:The training of rural primary and secondary school teachers,as a new form of continuing education,has important theoretical and practical significance for teachers.This article discusses the three in one interactive collaborative training,teachers reflect on diagnostic training,development and research-based training of teachers,research network-based training,self-development-based training of teachers,etc.With the development of further research in future,I believe that it will promote the theory level.
