核心力量训练对优秀女子摔跤运动员最大力量素质影响的应用研究

摘    要:通过选取12名山东省女子摔跤运动员为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,同时,实验组进行8周核心力量训练。结果显示:实验组3项指标成绩均有明显提高,其中卧推、高翻指标均具有高度显著性(P〈0.01)。指出核心力量训练有助于提高摔跤运动员的最大力量素质,因此摔跤运动员进行核心力量训练是十分必要的。
