| 摘 要： | 针对我国科技活动中知识产权意识淡薄，保护不力、重科技成果管理轻知识产权保护等现象，指出我国加入WTO后面对日益激烈的科技、经济形势，必须加强科技活动中的知识产权保护，并提出若干对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | It discusses some shortages ,such as lacking protection awareness ,deficiency of protection methods,and more emphasis on S&.T achievement management than intellectual property protection for S&.T activities in our country. Facing the ever increasing competition situation in scientific and e-conomical field after joining WTO,it is necessary to enhance the intellectual property protection for scientific &. technological activities in our country. it puts forward some countermeasure and sugges-tions on these regards. |
