| 摘 要： | 目前,高校档案干部素质存在诸多不足,加强高校档案干部队伍建设,提高档案干部队伍素质,建立一支有专业知识、有文化素质、政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风好的档案管理干部队伍,是新时期做好高校档案管理工作的需要,也是高等教育发展的需要。
