摘    要:顶岗实习作为职业教育课程的重要组成部分,其质量提升一直是职校普遍关注的重要问题之一。作为情景学习理论的流派之一,人类学情境理论无论是在研究领域还是研究结论方面,均与顶岗实习的特征和涵义契合。在尝试分析人类学情境理论引入顶岗实习合理性的基础上.对如何改进顶岗实习质量给出指导建议。

Anthropological Context Theory Attachment to Improve the Quality of the on-job Practice

Abstract:On-job practice as an important part of vocational education curriculum, enhancing the quality has been the important issues of common concern to vocational school. Situational theory of anthropological, whether in the field of study or its conclusions, both fit on -job practice of its characteristics and meaning.On the basis of the possibility of applying the anthropological context theory to the on-job practice, this paper gives suggestions on how to improve the quality of on-job practice.
