| 摘 要： | 乡镇成人学校在推动农业产业化经营，加快农村小城镇建设，实现农业现代化，促进农村剩余劳动力转移，促进高度文明、高度民主的现代农村社会进步，推动农村社会文化建设以及促进农村学习型社会建设中具有代表性作用。这些乡镇成人学校在社会主义新农村建设中发挥了重要作用，成为促进新农村建设的有力保障。

| Abstract: | Township adult school has representative in promoting the industrial management of agriculture, speeding up the construction of small town in rural, realizing the agricultural modernization, promoting the transfer of rural surplus labor force, promoting a high-civilizatlon and highly democratic modern rural society, promoting the construction of cultural and learning-oriented community. These township adult schools play an important role and strong support in the construction of new socialist rural areas. |
