| 摘 要： | 建立技能竞赛制度是我国教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新。其中,中等职业教育技能竞赛的校企合作机制,是技能竞赛制度化的一个重要方面。通过校企合作举办技能竞赛,用企业的标准引领技能竞赛标准,积极引进企业最新设备来支持服务技能竞赛,并聘请企业技术、技能人员,参与技能竞赛的评判工作,同时,鼓励企业在技能竞赛现场开展招聘工作,为学生高质量就业搭建平台。这一机制的建立可以使中等职业学校学生更多地接触企业,了解企业的需求,从而也让企业更多地了解学生,更深入地了解中等职业教育;尤其是能促进深层次校企合作办学,规范中等职业学校的实践技能教学;推进深层次的工学结合和顶岗实习,从而打通中等职业学校毕业生高质量就业的通道。
