馆员绩效考核困境的成因及其破解对策探析

摘    要:文章对图书馆在实施馆员绩效考核过程中面临的诸多困境进行了分析,认为这主要是由思想观念出现偏差、图书馆作为不完全行为能力主体的尴尬地位、馆员素质层次不齐、考核实践模式不健全等原因造成的,进而从绩效考核的准备、实施、监控等阶段论述了破解困境的策略。

Abstract:This article analyses the predicaments in implementing the performance evaluation of the librarians.The predicaments are caused by the deviation of concepts,the awkward position of the library being an incompetent main body,the different levels of librarians in quality,and the imperfection of the evaluation modes.The author of this article further expounds the tactics to get rid of the predicaments from the following three stages: the preparation,the implementation,and the control of the performance evaluation.
