| Abstract: | This essay takes deep investigation on the skipping exercise form, content and teaching methods in Fuiian vocational colleges. It reveals the current development situation of kipping fitness in Fujian vocational colleges. It also provides the theoretical and practical basis for the skipping exercise further popularization and development. |
