| 摘 要： | 地市级电大教师要加强科研、做好科研,应当着力解决六个问题：一是科研聚焦——提升科研准备的战略举措,二是科研选题——确保科研质量的首要一环,三是科研企划——指导科研＂作战＂的实施方案,四是科研行动——创造科研绩效的不二途径,五是科研行文——获取科研成果的核心技术,六是科研＂营销＂——实现科研价值的重要保证。
