摘 要: | 大学文化是大学的重要特征,大学组织文化的分析研究对于大学研究具有重要意义。本文以清华大学和MIT作为对象,采用OCAI组织文化评估工具进行组织文化的量化分析并进行比较研究,指出清华大学和MIT的大学组织文化的基本特征和发展趋势。通过比较清华大学在创新文化中与MIT的差距,明确指出中国高校在建设世界一流大学过程中需要加强创新能力的培养和创新氛围的建设。Abstract:Most scholars and observers recognize that organizational culture has a powerful effect on the performance of first-class universities.This paper compares the Tsinghua University and MIT.The comparison between these two universities showed that Chinese universities should change culture in order to enhance the innovation ability.
