VoIP产业的成因、演进及融合研究

互联网技术尤其宽带技术的成熟,为人类日益增长的通讯需求造就了一个横贯全球的新兴产业———VoIP产业。为了使公众对这一产业有更加深刻的理解,并为政府部门产业政策制定提供有价值的参考,本文进行了如下研究:(1)分析了VoIP产业形成的四个动因;(2)立足于哈佛商学院产业演进理论,得出了VoIP产业属于激进性产业演进轨迹的结论;(3)在辨析VoIP产业与NGN的相互关系的基础上,提出了VoIP产业未来的融合趋势模型。最后对比了我国同美、日、韩等国VoIP产业的发展趋势,提出加强科学管制研究等产业政策建议。

Research on the Formation, Evolution and Convergence of VoIP Industry

The maturity of internet technology especially broadband technology has educated a worldwide emerging industry-VoIP industry-for mankind's unending requirements of communication.In order to deepen the public's comprehension on this industry and to present guidance on the decision-making of industry policy makers,some researches on this industry were implemented.First,the formation force of VoIP industry was explored from four aspects.Second,based on the industrial evolving theory by Harvard Business School,it was concluded that VoIP industry is a radical model of industrial evolvement.Third,after disserting the relationship between VoIP industry and NGN,the future convergence model of VoIP industry was proposed.Last but not least,some relevant advices on scientific regulation policy were presented when contrasting the VoIP industry development of China with USA,Japan and South Korea.
