| Abstract: | The preparation of contingency response program is not only the requirement of state laws and regulations,but also a must to take precautions against,effectively respond to public emergencies,and guarantee the safety of teachers and students and the safety of school property.Colleges and universities should,taking into account their actual conditions,prepare their own contingency response program in the light of the national laws and policies. |
