| Abstract: | Higher education shoulders the important task of training person with better ability. As the teaching staff, especially the counselor for the management of students, are facing higher request. This essay takes the work of Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example, discussing the attempt on the education with water culture as its core content in the development of counselor procession. |
