| 摘 要： | 研究型教师必须具备丰富的学科专业知识、扎实的教育专业理论、技能和可持续性发展的学习、研究能力.培养研究型教师,探究教学不失为一种行之有效的教学方法.教育学教学中尤其要运用探究教学方法.要用开放的教学方式来学习教育理论,用强化实践的教学方式来培养学生的研究能力.

| Abstract: | The research-oriented teacher must be with rich majority knowledge, solid theory and competence in education and sustainable developing abilities in study and research. Relying on the researching approach to reach the goal is regarded as one of the most effective measure in practice, especially in teaching education. The paper suggests to imply the open teaching method to study the education theory and to strengthen practice to foster the students'ability. |
