| 摘 要： | 国外经济发展观大致经历了由“增长观”到“增长观 协调观”再到“增长观 协调观 人本观”的演变过程。这是经济发展逐步走向合理化和科学化的结果。我国走新型工业化发展道路的新设计,不仅是对中国经济发展历史的总结,更是对国外经济发展理念的批判和继承,是科学的经济发展观。

| Abstract: | Foreign economic development has approximately experienced such evolution process as " increase standpoint" to "increase standpoint coordination standpoint" to "increase standpoint coordination standpoint humanism" , which is the result for economy to advance towards rationalization and scientificalness. The new design for China to take the road of modern industrialization is not only the historic summarization for China' s economic development, but also is the criticism and inheritance for the concepts of foreign economic development, so to speak, that is scientific economy development standpoint. |
