| 摘 要： | 大力加强人才引进对于地方院校迅速壮大自身具有举足轻重的作用,针对地方院校引进人才工作中存在的问题,提出要遵循的效益、促才和稳定三大基本原则,即要以最小的成本,吸引学校最需要的人才,提供舞台,健全机制,促进人才成长和发展,并要处理好内才和外长的关系,保证人才队伍的稳定。

| Abstract: | The enhancement of talent introduction shows a major influence on local universities'fast self-development.This essay carries an analysis on existing problems in the talent introduction of local universities and points out three basic principles that need to be followed.They are principles of benefit,development and stability.That is to introduce the most needed talents at lowest cost;to promote talents' development by perfecting institution's mechanism and providing platform;And to cultivate talents'stability by harmonizing the relationship between original staff and introduced talents. |
