| 摘 要： | 中国当代女性在家庭中依法享有与男性同等的权利，但其权益受到来自家庭成员的侵害事件却屡屡发生，有的还产生严重的社会后果，导致家庭的破裂及严重的社会安全隐患。贯彻落实家庭关系中的男女平等原则，保护女性在家庭中的合法权益，需要完善各种法律救济手段，构建一套完善的确实可行的保护机制。

| Abstract: | In modern China, the family members, men and women, enjoy equal rights. However women’s equal rights in family are not infrequently infringed by other family members, some cases even bring in serious social consequences, causing the breaking-up of the family and serious social security problems. In order to carry out the doctrine of equal protection of men and women, to protect the legal rights of women in a family, it is necessary to enhance the various legal remedies and create a feasible mechanism of protection. |
