| 摘 要： | 由于市场经济体制和社会价值主体的变化,要求价值主体和价值取向多元化,建立起适应其发展的师德建设机制,这是时代发展的迫切要求。但在加强高校教师师德修养、提高高校校教师师德水平过程中,实现师德建设机制的创新是最重要、最核心的问题,也是师德建设中最难的问题。建立互动式师德建设机制是符合教育自身规律和道德建设规律的,应根据师德认识、内涵认识、实践和评价等互动式师德建设机制的主要内容,努力建构互动式师德建设的机制。

| Abstract: | The market economic system and change of social principal value needs diversified principal value and value orientations.Accordingly,times urge for construction of proper mechanism of teachers' virtue cultivation.In the process of intensifying and promoting teachers' virtue in universities,the innovative mechanism is the core.This paper attempts the interactive mechanism of teachers' virtue cultivation within educational rules.And the interactive mechanism shall be constructed according to practice and assessment. |
