| 摘 要： | 采用超声提取方法，对木立芦荟中芦荟苷进行了提取，并用液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了木立芦荟中芦荟苷的含量．回收率为98％-105％，变异系数为1．24％．

| Abstract: | Ultrasoinic extraction method was used for extracting the Aloin in the A.arborescens Mill and the Aloin in the A.arborescens Mill was determinated by HPLC methods. The recoverie was 98%~105% and the coefficientes of variation was 1.24%. |
