| 摘 要： | 澳门幼儿园教师对工作总体上感到满意。除年龄、婚姻状况、教学年资、最高学历、是否担任行政工作等个人背景因素之外，澳门幼儿团教师的职务，所在学校的类别、规模，任教级别以及薪资差异都对教师工作满意度有显著影响。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the working satisfaction and relevant influence factors of kindergarten teachers in Macao, and discovers that kindergarten teachers in Macao are satisfied with their work generally. Except personal background factors such as age, marital status, teaching age and service seniority, the highest academic credentials, whether taking on administration or not, the post in the Kindergarten, classification and scale of the School, teaching rank and wages difference have remarkable influences on their working satisfaction. |
