| 摘 要： | 从制度建设上加强党建,是我们党长期以来加强自身建设的有效方法。高校院(系)党组织制度体系的完善是保持党的先进性的内在要求,是落实科学发展观的现实需要。构建完善的高校院(系)党组织制度体系,应在准确把握高校院(系)党组织制度建设客观现实的基础上,努力探求规范要求,以与时俱进的精神更新具体制度,实现制度创新,为构建先进性长效机制提供有效保证。 |

| Abstract: | To reinforce Party construction through system construction has long been an effective method of building our Party.The perfection of the systems of the Party organizations is an inherent demand for maintaining the advanced nature of the Party members and the basic requirement for implementing scientific view of development.Requirements and specifications should be standardized,and rules and regulations should be updated to ensure the construction of the long-term mechanism for maintaining the advanced nature of the Party. |
