| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育工作是一门讲求艺术和实效的工作,也是辅导员的常规工作之一,在工作中需要借鉴不同的思想,以提高思想政治教育工作的实效性。日本动漫《海贼王》深受广大青少年的喜爱,从《海贼王》中可得到对思想政治教育工作的启示,以期更深入了解当代大学生的情感需要。

| Abstract: | The ideological and political education is a subject of art and utility, which is one of counselors＇ regular tasks. When working, counselors need to use different thoughts in order to do a good job in ideological and political education. Japanese anime ＂One Piece＂ is loved by the majority of teenagers, and from One Piece, we can explore how to do a good job in ideological and political education, deeper understanding the emotional needs of contemporary ollege students. |
