摘 要: | 高校教师入职后的再培训和提高是保障教师水平与时俱进以及培养学术带头人的重要方式之一。本文就高校人才培养选拔标准进行探讨,提出人才选拔可参考幼稚产业选拔标准,着重考虑受资助教师未来是否能够独立发展、高校所得回报是否能够弥补支付的培养成本以及受资助者是否能够带动团队共同成长,并指出应依此设立优先资助顺序,长期追踪受资助人状况以及根据上述标准适当调整现有资助项目分类等建议。

Abstract: | Abstract The paper researched the selection standard of aca- demic human resources. By the infant industry standard, this pa- per argues that the M-B-K standard is a proper standard--if someone acquires independent development ability and gets re- turn over the cost after funding, and leads the group growing up at the same time, he/she should be considered. It also thinks that M-B-K standard provides quantity assessment reference for hu- man resource selecting. |
