对地方院校研究生培养模式的思考

针对当前研究生培养中存在＂教学硬件相对滞后、师资力量亟待加强、人才培养供需脱节、创新能力不足＂等问题,研究生教育中一支非常重要的力量——地方高校,对研究生培养模式进行了积极探索和实践,其中,仲恺农业工程学院开展的＂产学研联合培养研究生＂的尝试,成效初现。
