| Abstract: | Abstract To maximize the local college orientation for territorial service capabilities, the characteristics of college differentiated attributes was discussed from many aspects. Multi-dimensional practical skills model was build, innovation training strategies, then the students＇ development are more targeted, comprehensive and acceptable. |
