| 摘 要： | 无论是日本人还是中国人都是希望被赞美的。但是在日本企业当中,赞美的用语和注意事项是跟中国有区别的。对对方持有兴趣或者细心观察对方,然后找到正确的值得赞美的地方,成为一个擅长赞美的人,从而构筑美好的人际关系。

| Abstract: | Abstract Both the Japanese and Chinese are hoped to be praised. But in Japanese enterprises, praise words and matters are different from that in China. Hold interest or careful observa- tion of each other, and then find the right place worthy of praise, to become a good praise of the people, in order to build interper- sonal relationship better. |
