| Abstract: | India witnessed the leap-over development of higher education after its independence and made great achievements.However,many problems still existed including the shortage of expenditures,unjust educational opportunities,unbalanced educational structure,poor educational quality and waste of talented persons etc,which were dealt with by effective measures.India's experiences are worth learning. |
