| 摘 要： | 备件管理是资产密集型企业管理的重要内容。在分析库存三要素的基础上，阐述了库存模式发展的历程，分析了备件联合库存的不同表现形式及在我国实行备件联合库存的意义，最后提出了实施备件联合库存的策略。

| Abstract: | The management of spare parts is an important task of enterprise management. Efficient inventory plan and design of spare parts will save large amounts of money. By analyzing the three key elements of inventory and the present status of spare parts inventory in China, the paper puts forward the jointly managed inventory mode for spare parts and the implement tactics. |
