教育面临挑战--观念亟待转变

摘当社会前进的步代跨入知识经济时代，社会向我们提出了严峻挑战，整个世界范围内正在进行希一场人类教育史上的伟大变革——基础教育改革。在此前提下，我们只有全面提高教师素质，抛弃传统教学方式方法对学生发展的桎梏，推广新的教学观念，重新看待学生的本质属性，将课程与素质教育相整合，提倡学生主动参与学习的全过程，提倡探究性的学习方法，才能使得基础教育全方位培养学生的能力，张扬和发展学生的个性；才能变挑战为机遇，适应和赶超时代潮流。

When we stride into the times of knowledge and economy, a great basic education reformation begins in the world. There are some differences between the basic education and the demand of the development, the process of history and our duty, so it can' t meet the demand of knowledge economy and varied student. Society gives a severe test so we should prove the teachers' abilities, abandon the fetters in traditional education, spread advanced education ideology, retreat the nature of students, connect class teaching and ability education, build up active atmosphere in class, encourage the students to take part in world courts of study and use reaching ways to study.
